Das SEA Accessibility ADA WCAG Plugin funktioniert absolut zuverlässig und lässt sich unkompliziert in unseren Shopify-Shop integrieren. Besonders hilfreich ist der integrierte Scan, der Schwachstellen sichtbar macht und klare Handlungsempfehlungen gibt. Viele wichtige Funktionen werden automatisch optimiert, was uns viel Zeit spart.

Auch der Support ist ein großes Plus: freundlich, schnell und kompetent. Man fühlt sich jederzeit gut aufgehoben.

Great app and support.
We installed this app on our store and it works perfectly. Setup was easy, and the support team was amazing in helping us customize the app and position the widget on our site. It instantly improved accessibility and fits seamlessly with our brand. Highly recommended.

I installed the app because of new EU law for barrier free websites. Up to now it works really clean and without any problems. Everything's really easy to setup and you can also do a barrier scan for your store to get specific tips what you have to fix. On top of that the support - I was in contact with Riley - is really fast, engaged and friendly. I would always recommend!!!

The app has a feature where it can solve some issues automatically and for the one that need to be coded, the support team will send a detailed explanation of what you need to take care of.
I contacted the support team a few times and they helped me out every time and they did that very fast! I was surprised how fast they replied and helped me out :)

Wir nutzen die App nicht sehr lange. Bei der Erstanwendung ließ sich das Widget nicht allein mit der Nutzung der Tastatur öffnen, sondern nur mit der Nutzung einer Mouse. Weitere Funktionen müssen noch getestet werden, daher nur 4 von 5 Sternen. Der Support ist jedoch sehr nett und hilfreich.

The app helps meet several requirements of the German Accessibility Act, which saves us a lot of work. It also includes a scanner that highlights areas where improvements are needed. We really like how it's presented on the website as well. The customer support is excellent — they respond quickly and offer effective help. And all of this is completely free. A clear recommendation!

Setting up the app was completely smooth and straightforward. One major highlight was the support team – they responded immediately and provided helpful, competent assistance whenever a question came up. Another big advantage is that the app is currently free of charge. I really hope this great free service will continue in the future.

Die Einrichtung der App verlief absolut reibungslos und unkompliziert. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist der Support: Sobald eine Frage auftauchte, wurde mir sofort und kompetent weitergeholfen. Außerdem ist die App aktuell kostenlos – ein weiterer Pluspunkt. Ich hoffe sehr, dass dieser kostenlose Service auch in Zukunft bestehen bleibt.

It is very good that is offered for free, but i see on https://pagespeed.web.dev/ that is this add-on is causing our webshop to load more slowly then needed, so much that our score when down from 85 to 62.

So for now we will remove this add-on, if it get's better in the future we might try again.

Their customer support is quick and kind so we really appreciated their service as well. I had an issue to enable some functionalities and the support has been quick and professional to ensure the best experience. Top notch!

I really love the easy set-up, the already beautiful default design of this app and the many pre-integrated translations. I thought I had a problem with the button showing on the right side instead of the left side and contacted support, but it turned out it was only a cache issue on my behalf. Esther helped me very quickly! I definitely recommend this app thus far! :)
