I downloaded this app on the 2nd of July 2026. It was a rush job to get it on the site, using the support, Ethan was great help. With his help i was able to get this on the site with ease.
The team is very prompt to respond and provide support when needed, even if your knowledge of coding is limited. I can say they went the extra mile to help me get it setup.
Riley was amazing! They helped me with my theme edits in record-breaking time, and everything was done perfectly. Fast, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. I'm so thankful for the excellent support and couldn't recommend this app more!
This app has been extremely helpful in getting our site up to ADA compliance. The customer service has been excellent. I was able to chat with Zim, and he helped me with numerous items on my site. Zim, was able to walk me through precisely fixing my issues, he also was able to be a collaborator on my site to fix a problem I could not resolve. Just installed Avada Accessibility and still getting everything set up, so I haven’t had a chance to test all the features yet. So far, customer support has been great — Iris has been very helpful and guided us through the initial setup. Good experience starting out.
