We have been trying out this app for about a week or so and we are loving it! It is really easy to setup and it looks really stunning on our site. We wanted to change some parts of the layout in the search results, and Stacy from their support team was extremely friendly and helpful, and has went out of her way to show us how to achieve exactly what we were after. Could not be more happy with their support and the app is amazing. Highly recommended!

We have been using Searchanise on our website for a few months now. It has worked great and help is always available to you. We needed some assistance with settings and they were very quick to help. Searchanise gave us everything our old search app was missing, and for a great price. The few customizations we couldn't accomplish through the app were handled by the support team. Great communication and turn around time. Highly recommended!

thought this was a pretty decent app, until i realized that the search is leaving out half my products. when i search frying pan, and it doesnt show fry pan, that is rough

Love this app. Voice search option, custom filters based on Tags, a beautify collection page are some of the reasons to use it.

If you want a collection search filter do not use this app.
It replaced your collection search with its own app, and you cannot change anything about it. You get stuck with small text, 3 columns, and a terrible mobile layout.
If you are looking for collection search filters, find another app.
Thank you for sharing your feedback. Indeed, the "Filters on Collections" feature does replace the Product grid on collection pages. We're sorry to see it disappointed you! Nevertheless, it can be customized in the Searchanise admin panel, where you can change the template, adjust the number of product columns, and apply Custom CSS for more detailed customization. In theory, I like this search quite a bit, but with nearly 1000 products already on site, it's hard to go and create new tags and also create new filters.
Really wish filters could be re-ordered, or if they can, make it more intuitive.
We will continue to test it and write a revised review once fully implemented.
