Very very useful resources for the e-commerce brands
We started with variants and after a very fast and helpful customer service everything was adjusted and working perfectly. Very easy to install and set up.
Video Slider completely failed to display the play/pause and audio controls, and there was no live support to resolve it. Everything had to be handled through slow email exchanges that went nowhere. In 2026, any tech or AI‑related app with no online support is a red flag. This was a terrible experience and I wouldn’t recommend it.

We refunded your Video Slider on April 11, and I still want to fix it.
The whole thing got stuck on collaborator access: you approved it, the confirmation never reached us, and 12 days went by.
That step is clearly too fragile on our end.
If you still want the slider working, re-approve access and reply to my email, I'll take it from there.
