Great Support and Wonderfull sections!
I had issues with my templates after trying out the AI blocks but alfred at section store support saved the day! Was so fast to respond and guided me step by step to resolve the issue AND gave me a free section! What a legend, thanks again.
I have been trying to get in touch with support for 5 days now. I bought the video section, it doesn't work on my theme if it's a newer generation theme. It works normally for me in another store. I don't get any response.
I have been using different sections now and all are great. So happy with all the sections that I am using. When there is a small issue, the customer support is right there to help. Absolutely recommend.
I'm in the building-out process of my store, and I've already used a number of Section Store sections that I feel enhance the quality and user experience of my website. Now with that being said, I did experience a minor text styling issue with one of the sections. So I decided to reach out to them and I got a reply email within an hour, letting me know they would be working on it. Fast forward a few hours, and I get a follow-up email saying they addressed my two concerns.
But lo and behold, after I tested it, I noticed another issue. However, this turned out to be a simple fix on my end because the Section Store team emailed me back with a tutorial of sorts. So needless to say, this section is now functioning great, and I'm very pleased with the responsiveness and professionalism of the Section Store team. I look forward to utilizing more of their products, as I move forward to launching and subsequent growth of my online store because I know I can trust their products and service. I wish them continued success as I know they have their customer's best intentions in mind!

have tried a few different section stores, and this is definitely the best one. It can easily replace several paid apps and save a lot of money on subscriptions. Support was great as well — they responded fast and fixed a small issue with a section without any problems. Highly recommended.
