Section Store: Theme Sections

Love the fact that you can design your own website on your own without breaking the bank. So many sections to choose from! Major love that the help support was quite fast in resolving a problem I have with one of the section. It was taken care within minutes.. I definitely highly recommend this app to anyone.

Ylli assisted me with the adjustments I wanted on our store. The support was clear, quick, and very helpful in ensuring the changes were made properly. I appreciate the effort and guidance provided. He saw some issue using the product tabs on our theme. For now, I'm still observing using the product tabs.

The app is amazing for allowing so much customisation for a lower price and a lot of flexibility. I had a problem to setup the metafield and dynamic content for Cross-sell and Upsell#1 section and the customer service of Section Store was amazing. I had contact with Ylli, Chud and Mark and they were always super responsive, day and night and always prompt to help. I would definitely recommend this app.

For some reason Shopify lacks the creative ability to design a website well without coding and section store has made it so much easier!

Customer service is 10/10, the sections available and what you can customise is 10/10 and the best part is the ability to demo the section before you buy it!!

Fantastic sections (it can feel overwhelming at first since they are much more customizable than the Shopify sections, but so worth it!).

Epic customer service and support (just helped me out when I asked a super dumb, palm to forehead, kind of question).

And they just keep firing off great sections at great prices. I'm all in.

I bought 3 sections from this app because their FAQ clearly says the sections work with all Shopify themes and require no coding skills. Unfortunately, that turned out to be false.
• Out of 3 sections, only one worked.
• The testimonial section (#28) didn’t display at all. When I contacted support, they admitted it was a conflict with my theme and offered me an exchange, but I don’t want an exchange — I expected it to work as advertised.
• The product page videos section couldn’t even be added to my product page. Support told me to follow instructions for “Shopify 1.0” which required manual coding (exactly what they promised wasn’t necessary). Even after following those steps, it still didn’t work.
• The third section doesn’t look like the demo they show on their store.

I contacted support multiple times asking for a refund but got no reply. Overall, very disappointing experience. The product did not match the claims, and the lack of response makes it worse.

Love the sections they offer but also the customer service. With my theme I had some issues where the image was rendering really large. Less than 24 hours later they fixed it directly for the featured collections sections I bought from them. Really great service and love all their sections.

Fantastic app. A game changer for people who don't want to pay for expensive themes with limited features, and equally helpful for adding features to premium themes that don't have what you're looking for.

Support is helpful and quick if you have any issues integrating a section.

We keep buying sections from this developer since 3 years and frankly we are really astonished by the quality of the product as well as of the support we receive. We really do not know where they get all these sections ideas but certainly is helping our store be always innovative and appealing to our clients. The few times we had to get their help to tweak the code it was always amazing to see how fast Chud and Alfred replied and how quickly they fixed the issues. Thumbs up for this developer!

Many of the Sections are great and save time for many tasks. Where they fail is many do not work with certain Themes. 1. The Contact Form will not work with our Theme Horizon. 2. Others clash with 3rd party apps like UPSELL CART that will prevent you from using BUILD A BOX as it will clash with UPCART. Sections the company will not ever give your money back and the support is limited and usually your fault for it not working. Read Reddit or other community forms to check before buying.
