Section Store: Theme Sections

I tried the video pop section in my Shopify store. Unfortunately, it doesn't work in the mobile version. The support couldn't solve the problem either, which is why they refunded me the full amount in the end.

Amazing app that saved us thousands of dollars we would have spent on programming those features in addition to the one-time fee, so we don't need to pay monthly fees as what other apps do. The customer support team was really helpful and did help us solve any issue till the sections worked perfectly in our store. Highly recommended!

I've only downloaded and implemented the product info section. Initially I couldn't get it to work on my site. I emailed them and a a few tweaks later, it is working brilliantly. I'm going to be scouring the web now for best practices, to see what else I can add to improve my site. Section store is great imo, For a very small once only fee, you can add some real value to your store with one of the add ons.

My store started crashing after I added several sections. I tried contacting support but haven't received a reply after about a week. I emailed Daniel separately trying to get any help and didn't get any reply after several days. I'm quite disappointed. I already recommended this app to several friends but now I'm getting back to them cause they may destroy their store AND get 0 support fixing it.

Half of the sections (the embeded ones) are not working, and the support is the worst. They reply in 1-2 days with unrelevant things, they do not solve the problem. They do not care at all. You just loose 9$ every time you purchase one, with the luck that it will maybe work.

I'd been looking for a Shopify plugin like Section Store for years, and so glad I finally found it. I always found it too difficult to modify my Shopify theme and add features such as reviews and FAQ sections. Section Store has made these implementations effortless. I absolutely love these premade sections for my stores. They are thoughtfully designed to stand out from the standard options you find in the App Store and are very intuitive to use. The best part? You only pay for them once!

Recently, I encountered a formatting issue with one of the sections, but their stellar customer support resolved it quickly. They asked the right questions (in a human-to-human way) and fixed the issue within a day. I couldn’t ask for better service.
