Very good, it is helping me a lot in my store. The newsletters are very easy to do and effective. You can play around with colours and images. Also, excellent customer service! I recommend!

This is everything I have been looking for. It's super dope, easy to use, and extremely comprehensive! I have used other platforms and establishing automation was a nightmare. This makes it so much easier.

Seguno email marketing is the absolute best app for email marketing available on Shopify. We have been an online retailer for more than 25 years and I can say that Seguno's platform and customer service cannot be beat.

I switched to Seguno from Constant Contact, who I'd used for many years. Seguno is easy to use, looks great and has saved me a massive monthly subscription!
UPDATE: I think I left this review in 2020 and it’s now 2026… and I’m still using Seguno and loving it! The team are great if I need anything and I’ve even requested features which have been phased in too which is brilliant!
So 6 years later and I’m still highly delighted!

Seit 2 Tagen warten wir auf Antwort. Der Hintergrund ist nicht zu bearbeiten bei Newslettern. Obwohl es schon ewig versprochen ist. Bei den Benachrichtigungen für Wiederverfügbarkeit fehlen zahlreiche Funktionen, die für uns Händler wichtig wären. Wird seit über 1 Jahr versprochen. Es ist die teuerste App die wir haben, die sich aber am wenigsten um Uster kümmert. Sind enttäuscht.

This was my first time using the Sidekick with Seguno Email. It was great. I picked out my customers that were my VIP's. I sent to only them the discount for my store. Sidekick did the whole thing. Well, most of it. I just had to do a few clicks and decide when to send it.
Then I was having a problem with some other things and Sidekick told me how to fix it on Shopify. Then he said I had to also fix it on Seguno too! So I used Seguno bot's AI and I learned how to exclude a Customer that had made a Fraud attempt 4 times. I did not want that person to get any emails whatsoever. That was my first time ever doing that too.
Seguno and Shopify have my back when it comes to service. They help give me that great feeling I am getting good customers and protection against those that wish to do me harm
