They helped us figure out some errors in our SEO and fixed them very fast.
Wendy was a great help setting up SearchPie. Everything that I had questions about she was able to thoroughly answer. If this is the type of customer service that this business offers then I will be glad to refer it to my other business partners.
the support guy David is very nice and helpful to identify the issue for my website SEO and he make things much easier, appreciate his help !
Hannah provided excellent support. Right after I installed the app, she reached out in the chat and proactively offered to help us configure the settings. She gave clear, well-illustrated instructions that made the setup process smooth and easy, saving us the time of going through lengthy tutorials. Thanks again, Hannah!
I had an amazing experience working with Tina from the SearchPie team. She is truly one of the most supportive and knowledgeable support executives I have ever interacted with.
From the very beginning, Tina understood my requirements perfectly and guided me step-by-step with patience and professionalism. What really stands out about her is not just her technical expertise, but her genuine willingness to help. She always responded quickly, explained things clearly, and made even complex Shopify SEO tasks feel simple and manageable.
Tina goes beyond normal customer support — she actually cares about the success of her users. Whenever I faced challenges, she was always there with the right solution, positive attitude, and deep knowledge of the platform. Her dedication and friendly approach made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.
It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism, expertise, and kindness so naturally. Working with her has been a great experience, and I truly appreciate all the effort and support she has provided.
Thank you, Tina, for being such an incredible support partner. SearchPie is lucky to have you on their team!
