Felicie was helpful and nice to work with.
I've previously tried TinySEO and SEOWill, I wasn't super fond of either. Today I reached out to SearchPie, they were quick to respond and I decided to give them a try. Their platform has many features that I did not see with the other two providers, their support was quick! Special shoutout to Hannah for her personable assistance, I look forward to this new relationship!
Hannah provided outstanding support—fast, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to understand exactly what I needed, explained things clearly (without the usual tech jargon overload), and made sure everything was resolved end-to-end.
What really stood out was her responsiveness and attention to detail. She didn’t just give a quick answer and disappear—she followed through to make sure everything was working properly and optimized.
If you’re using SearchPie SEO & Speed, you’re in great hands with Hannah. Top-tier customer service.
