Excellent support by David - above and beyond
Great customer support, better than any other app i have ever experienced on shopify. Tina was a real person behind the scenes patiently helping me navigate some technical issue that i as a non tech person was struggling with. But she kept on answering my questions and was handholding me through it all. really appreciate her and kudos to the company for fostering this service attitude. thanks
Wendy was extremely helpful and patient, taking the time to guide me through the platform and its capabilities. Her support made the learning process smooth and helped me better understand how to optimize my site. Many thanks
