This company is a SCAM! They charged me stating I was getting a free trial. I was CHARGED $399!! I reached out and they lied stating they were giving me a full refund. I checked it was a partial.
I have been fighting with them to get the entire amount back. AVOID this scam!
Dear DomoINK,
We’re very sorry for the confusion and frustration. Please rest assured we never intend to mislead or withhold funds from our customers.
When you were charged $399, Shopify automatically deducted transaction and processing fees before passing funds to us. We refunded you 100% of what we received, but the remaining portion is retained by Shopify.
We completely understand your concern and recommend reaching out to Shopify Support for the deducted fees. We’re also happy to provide any supporting details to help resolve this. To provide you with a detailed explanation of your case, we also sent you a follow-up email. Please check your mailbox and feel free to let us know anytime you need our help.
Best regards,
