This app is perfect for us to manage both free & paid appointments for our physical retail store. It's really easy to use and integrates perfectly with our Shopify Store (Sesami kindly offered a free installation service for our custom theme) - it also works with Shopify POS which is a great bonus, highly recommended!
We are a retail shop and got this app the help with the management of our mini facial appointments. We love being able to make appointments for people right at the POS when they come in and express interest in a product. The support team has been very helpful and has integrated the app seamlessly into our Shopify store.
Very easy to setup. Now my customers can make an appointment in our warehouse and I can provide a click&collect solution to them.
PS: The possibility to add an appointment in the checkout section could be useful too.
To be absolutly perfect and for getting 5 Stars, Sesami should be available in German too!

We were looking for an easy solution to take appointments and I seem to have found it. We haven't put it into use yet, but our internal tests give me confidence. Integration was very straight forward. There was a bit of an issue with how the button integrated with my custom theme but I reached out for help and Randy fixed it immediately. Great service!

So lucky to have stumbled upon Sesami :) It is very easy to use, so easy that I build my website in less than 2 weeks. The booking system is also very well thought out. The previous booking system I used had a very complicated interface so I am glad I made this switch. I have been extremely impressed with the level of support offered by Sesami. Any and all questions have been addressed quickly, efficiently, and professionally. They are constantly working to provide excellence for their clients, whether you're a clothing boutique (which we are), a spa, or other. It is user friendly for our clients and works on our bilingual site (EN/FR).
I was so confused downloading this app because I'm new to Shopify. However I was able to schedule a meeting with a team member and they put me on the right path on how to add my services. The team member was so knowledgeable and actually stayed online with me and help me set up my services. This made me so happy! I am super excited to use Sesami for my scheduling services.
