I found working with ShineOn exciting. Applying an image that I have created to their pre-printing process is relatively easy.
But the highlight is opening the envelope and seeing that the product has exceeded my expectations.

There are many problems with the name necklaces. If you try to personalize to show a "from" or "to" input box, then the name for the pendant does not show. Therefore the only thing that can be personalized is the "Pendant" but not the card.

The variant selectors are not working. If you delete a variant it cannot be added back in. You have to start all over again. I just think that for such a big company, you can do better with the designing part of the process.

Great to deal with! They offer quality items, along with fast shipping. My customers have been very happy with their items.

Too many changes, what i was able to do in design with your app and not available anymore. I cannot even upload my own designs.

I am struggling with adding the extension and using my full subscription with the personalization. Seems like there is no direct support. The videos are not helping as something is not processing. The steps don't seem to match.

They make things easy to fullfill my orders and I dont need to touch any product.
They have templates for creatives and Ideas, their products have good quality for my customers. I highly recommend their services for your Ecom store.

First, let me say that my customers' experience with the woven blankets have been very positive - great job!

However, the way in which I have to order a sample of items is very cumbersome. It's not as seemless as other apps where I can choose to order a sample without a problem. I haven't used ShineOn that much, but plan to do so, and can provide additional feedback later.

Would highly recommend ShineOn to any e-commerce business looking for a reliable print-on-demand partner for jewelry and customized products.
