ShipHero Inventory & Shipping

Our team has been working for the past 2 months to take a business online within a 3 month period for approx. 10,000 items. The team at Ship Hero is very responsive to our questions about picking logic, shipping labels, and process development for requirements such as returns and order cancellations. Josef, in particular, is quick to understand our questions and provides fast responses and recommendations to move forward, In cases where our needs required customization, we were presented with options and associated costs. ShipHero is a full solution for the backend of our business, including of course shipping, inventory and receiving, but also inventory value reports, purchase order generation and returns management. I've used several shipping softwares and none of them have had as many features and customization as ShipHero. While we do run into some glitches here and there, it's because they are constantly working to improve the software. They are quick to resolve any issues and really listen to feature requests. The connection to Shopify is incredibly quick and accurate. This software has vastly improved our inventory management and fulfillment. The care that went into our onboarding process can't be beat. Ultimately Shiphero is a complex and powerful tool that should not be underestimated. With Shiphero we focus on "How to do X?", rather than "Is X possible?", bc more often than not: Yes with Shiphero it is possible. Additional note: Their UI is polished to make the basics shine. My single quip is that they do not allow for "OR" "AND" in order searches

We switched over to Shiphero from Shipstation in March of '17 and we couldn't be happier. We switched over initially because we needed our pickers to have the ability to scan products - we had lots of issues with shipping the right item wrong size previously. After the adjustment period when people are learning the software and forcing it to do things it is attempting to stop, everything runs smoothly. It integrates seamlessly with Shopify which has been fantastic, one thing we wished there was Quickbooks integration but we've found a decent piece of software called Softcookies to handle this. The Shiphero staff has been quite professional and expedient when answering questions or fixing any problems we've come across and have made the transition and continued use of Shiphero to be nothing short of wonderful!
