I use the app to update my inventory on Shopify from Etsy, and It works perfectly!
Plus the staff help me to set up my sync as I wanted, they were very helpful and responded to all my question.

I have lots of inventory located in a third party location that I sell on both Shopify and Etsy - this is a great tool to keep track of my inventory on both, so i don't have to manually adjust each time I make a sale. Exactly what I was looking for.
This was, at first, very frustrating for me, I had no idea what I was doing, and I was not going to use the app. However, after speaking with Shirly, she went over the app in extensive detail and showed me step-by-step how to use the app to work efficiently.
I cancelled this app more than a year ago because it doesn't work - I never get integration with my Etsy store and orders never come through. Then today I find out that I've been billed this entire time! Every month. It never actually cancelled. I'd like a refund.

Please note that you installed my app on September 3rd and removed it after 11 months today at August 4th. I've also confirmed the issue with Shopify team.

Really impressed with the ease of use. Had a little trouble at first getting it set up, but the customer service from Shirly was above and beyond. Highly recommend if you had many products and want to simplify the process between Shopify and Etsy. Thanks again Shirly!

Not a single item synced from my Etsy store to my Shopify store. I sent a message but since I sent a message a couple weeks ago that wasn't answered I don't expect this one to be answered either. Update, just found out you can't import from etsy to shopify, really wish I had known that earlier.

I used this app for Etsy integration and crosslisting. I found it easy to use and errors were explained clearly making for easy corrections. Service was top notch with an immediate response and an invitation for a google meet to answer all my questions. This app does the job with the best app service!
