shopUpz ‑ Etsy Sync & Import

I've just started using the app and had a few teething problems but they were down to me not understanding a few basics. Shirly was really helpful and helped me through the queries I had. It's a great feature for running a second marketplace on Etsy with no extra admin in addition to your Shopify store.

We've waited for a long time for an app that updates shopify and etsy stock levels in real time. This seems to be working perfectly and has so far stopped our overselling issues and simplified day to day running. Support has been great when we asked for an upgrade in Sync time due to the volume of orders we receive. Very pleased so far

This app is honestly a game changer! I’ve used all of the available functions but my favourite is definitely the inventory syncing. So far it has saved me a lot of time and has stopped me from missing out on sales when things used to go out of stock on one of the platforms. I really highly recommend the app if you run both Etsy and Shopify.

We use the automatic order, inventory, and tracking number sync features of this app. All of the features are extremely simple and have worked correctly since day one. We used this app to replace a different integration tool which was extremely complicated and never worked correctly. I am very happy with my choice to use Etsy Sync Stock & Order.

I’ve been using this app for several months and it operates perfectly and is easy to use. Support has been beyond helpful, and quickly helps me with any question I might have. Exporting listings to Etsy is very easy, and I’ve been able to batch about 50 at a time, which helped a lot when I first started the integration. I have, and would recommend this app to other people.

We were looking for an app like this for a long time, but everything we found was one-directional, so it only kept track of the sales on the website. This app is bi-directional, so anytime there is a sale on either platform, it keeps track of the inventory. Very happy with it, and Shirly even checks in to see if we ever need assistance. Excellent app that performs as advertised. I needed a little help getting things setup properly and had a few questions about how it all worked to avoid risking any problems during the initial sync. The support was super helpful and timely. I was up and running in a day or so and the app has been solid and passing orders and inventory between shopify and etsy without fail ever since.

I don't recommend. This app is very unstable and the support is very haphazard. It allows for multiple duplicated entry of items which creates huge headaches. Maybe this is ok for small catalogs but not for shops with thousands of skus. After working with this company for 6 months on duplicates and missing orders - we are dumping it. Plus the developer tried to bully us into removing our review!

This app helped me so much. If you start out on shopify and need to integrate into etsy it does an amazing job helping you create the listings and not having to start from complete scratch. I had over 80 listing and it took very little time to adjust them. The only thing I HD to figure out was how to fix the shipping. Once you have your listings on the site you can change your shipping profile. Way to go. Love this app.

I had no idea this type of integration was an option but I decided to try it out. I’m amazed at the amount of time I’m saving by not having to write listings in both Shopify and Etsy. I also don't have to go back in and update quantities when I sell something in one platform. Shirly is THE GOAT as far a customer service goes. I had done issues with setting up my SKUs at first but she helped walk me through how to fix it. I highly recommend this app!
