Definitely the cleanest mapping of any inventory, Shirly was helpful when I had questions. If etsy is your main go-to and you don't want the headache of complex mapping, this is the app to get.

Very nice app! A real timesaver. Setup was easy and received fast replies from Shirly when help was needed. I did try other apps as well but this one is my favorite when connecting to my Etsy shop. Thumbs up so far :)

Just finished a few last minute gift set listings on Etsy and went to import them to Shopify. It's been a busy Black Friday and I was too tired to manually add them. Well, imagine my horror when the import finished and had completely DELETED all of the existing listings in my Shopify storefront. On Black Friday. After I had already spent thousands of dollars (and invested many, many hours) in ads and promotional content directing customers to my store. Not only do I now need to stay up later than I can and try to manually recreate every last listing, but all of my links are now broken, all of my SEO equity is gone, it's all just GONE. Do not trust this app, for the love of god. Devastated is an understatement.
I’d like to clarify that our app does not delete any listings. We take data safety very seriously, and everything is designed to give merchants full control over their inventory.
Since your experience, we’ve also made significant improvements and are now officially Built for Shopify certified, which reflects the quality, reliability, and performance of the app.
We understand that trying new tools during busy periods like Black Friday can be challenging. I’d highly recommend giving the app another try during a quieter time to fully explore how simple and efficient it is to use today.
I’d also be more than happy to personally schedule a meeting and walk you through everything step by step to ensure it works perfectly for your needs.
So far, I am not too thrilled with this applications. i read through the other reviews and I cannot tell if they are real or not. I have used several integration apps. and this is by for the least smooth interaction I have ever had. I have even used free integration without as many issues. I also do not like that I have to have "fixed' shipping on my etsy in order for me to import items from shopify to etsy. An application should not be in control of my shipping choices. It also doesn't allow me to post multiple options on one listing. It's too limited and I do not feel in control.
Etsy Categories and my store categories do not align. It's just not up to par. Especially if it's a service that I am paying for, its not the other way around.
I am also not pleased with the amount of spam I am sent via my emails
*Update-officicially uninstalling after trying to work with the app. for a few hours. It shouldn't be this complicated. I am not convinced these 5 star reviews are legit. Or they are not seasoned sellers
I tried to use another app to import and manage my inventory, but it kept pulling up errors. Then I found this app which worked perfectly. It updates the inventory every 20 minutes across both platforms which is great.

The bi-directional inventory sync doesn't work. Worst of all, there is absolutely zero support -- no response to my multiple emails. I wanted to like this app, and was hopeful based on the reviews. I'm not sure why the developer deserted this app.

I started out with Shopify. I was interested in linking Shopify with Etsy. Shirly in support, through a series of contacts and a couple of google meetings was able to help me sort out a few things: 1-fixed shipping on Etsy 2-Export listing on Shopify 3-Sync my orders between both applications. I could not have done it without Shirly, patience, quick response, and experience. Excellent customer support and videos!

We tried another app before finding ShopUpz and it wasn't as good as this! Highly recommend!
Etsy items move to a "sold out" status when the inventory is depleted. After ordering items and updating the quantity of items on Shopify the application incorrectly zeroed out the quantity of items on Shopify. Shirly insists it's a feature of the application instead of a bug.
Hey, our mission is to align quantities between the stores so you will not oversell. You requested to keep selling on Shopify and not on Etsy. In this case you need to change the SKUs so we will not sync those listings , or to set Etsy listing to inactive/draft.
Please note that Etsy and Shopify have gaps when it comes to inventory management. Etsy doesn't allow to set quantity zero and it marks the listing as sold out. When a listing goes into sold out status it means that it's out of stock and we update Shopify to zero so clients will not oversell. This is our primary mission.
As explained in our email threads we will not be able to update Etsy sold out listings on Shopify with quantity >0 , it's our design strategy.
I've seen that you used the app for several months also for order sync , export listings and sync quantities and it worked successfully as expected.
Service is my top priority and I'm happy to address any need that helps to upgrade our app anytime as long as it aligns with our client needs and common use cases.
