Love this simple little app and also the support team behind it. Did exactly what we wanted and when we had a few tweaks issues Amit and colleagues were responsive and very helpful. Fully recommend if you want a simple re-order feature in the account area

Easy to install but the buttons looked a bit "messy" (we're using a Shopify 2.0 theme and this is not unusual). Asked the team if they could help and it was rectified in a matter of hours. Am yet to promote the customers and they've already started using it. Very pleased. Thanks!

So far so good. Support is awesome, fast and responsive. Got the set up completed for us and looking how we wanted. The support team needed to help with the installation as there's some code work required. Took about 2 days, so not the quickest app support I've received, but everyone I dealt with was professional and friendly. It's now live and with all the testing I've done, it seems to be working perfectly. Would definitely recommend.

Just started using the app and everything looks good! But more importantly LOVE the customer service. They were quick to respond to my questions and needs and what really impressed me was that they customized the functionality of the app to meet our companies needs! The app is brilliant! 90% of my customers reorder the same product and this app allows for them to reorder so easily and change the quantities. It has reduced my admin time BY SO MUCH and is so easy for customers now to reorder. The customer service is first class from this team. Ask them anything and they will make it happen! I used Reorder Master in my previous store and just launched a new store so it had to be reinstalled. I had some specific business requirements that required some changes and the support from HulkApps was absolutely fantastic! Sanjaysinh and Abhilasha were amazing and make all the changes quickly. I've just gotten the app up on my site and seems to work relatively well, though no one has placed a reorder yet. It can be a touch slow in loading, but nothing drastic. Support is extremely fast. The reason they got 4/5 stars is because, on a couple of occasions, if I asked for 3 things from support, one was missed, probably due to their speed.
Overall, it seems simple and should work well for us.
UPDATE (Reply to Developer): It's all good - it happened more than once, but I have a feeling it was just because they were moving so fast trying to get things taken care of that things were overlooked. No worries.
