Amazing customer service and App overall! very thankful for this type of customer service and more importantly the app as not many apps provide this type of service! They usually take all the money from the insurance, but this self-insured app is amazing! would totally recommend!

It does work although you have to paste the various bits of code in yourself and the claims management only works in English.
Very good app, working perfectly, the support very quick and helpful. If you looking for this kind of app for your shop, this is it. Highly recommended.

I want to take the time to appreciate the assistance I got from John D. He set up everything for our store, adjusted some visual customizations, and clarified how the system works from the merchant side. What else can you ask for?
It was pretty easy to install for more than half of the steps. I had a little trouble towards the end, but I was able to get help right away and John Dee set everything up for me. He was even able to help with other questions I had that didn't involve setting it up. I'm really happy with their service
