WSH Order Form & ReOrder

Seth and Tejas were without a doubt the most hardworking and responsive developers I've ever worked with. The implementation of the app was not without a lot of challenges, but they took it in strides and did a lot of custom tweaks along the way to make the app work properly. We've used Wholesale Order form on our B2B store and have been extremely satisfied with the functionality of the app. The team have been great at replying to emails and we have had some customisation done to tweak the appearance to suit our specific needs as well as adding the stock availability. Great app, this solved our complex multi-tier pricing issues. It also allowed us to create custom bulk order forms for our wholesale website. We use to this app to help us create a wholesale version of our site and it works perfectly! I love that it integrates with all of the other apps they create. We use Pre-Order Helper, Wholesale Lock Manager, Wholesale Order Form, and Wholesale Pricing Discount and we love them all! Customer service is also top notch, if I ever have a problem they are very responsive and always willing to help!

This form was an essential part of making our customer experience super seamless. The team who design and support it are super responsive so you're not left trying to work out anything alone. It would have been nice if it was automatically linked to the wholesale discount app, but the team did that for us very quickly. This is so easy for our customers to use, they love it and will likely order more.

This app has been the best addition to our online store. Being able to create custom order forms for customers based on tags is a great feature. We had a small issue with formatting but after reaching out to their support team, they had it resolved within 48 hours. I highly recommend this app for anyone utilizing their Shopify store for wholesale without paying for the most expensive Shopify wholesale plan.

Update for 2019 .
This app is now better than ever!... my customers, especially my wholesale customers, love ordering on our order form. Customers can search by sku, collection, name or description . Seth and Tejas are great to work with!

Support for this app is outstanding—patient, conscientious and they follow up and are accessible. They worked with me to make sure issues were resolved. The order form generates immediately and is clean and straightforward in its design. The form populates with items from the store seamlessly and works with their discount pricing app.
Having the reorder form is an additional and very helpful customer service feature.

Mehak and team are super responsive and helpful. They recently helped me migrate all of their wholesale apps to a new theme, and then did a theme update when the theme I had chosen got a new version. They have consistently turned around my customization requests in a day or two. Communication is excellent. Their family of apps works really well together, but most of all the people behind them offer really excellent support.

This app does everything it's supposed to do. The more important thing to me is that our point-of-contact, Adil, is really good to work with. I like to dial my forms in exactly as I want them. It has to be frustrating to work with people like me sometimes, yet Adil puts up with my lack of knowledge and has taken care of my needs with cheerfulness and good humor. I would recommend this program. The service alone is "worth the price of admission".
