WSH Order Form & ReOrder

Fantastic app with very friendly (albeit sometimes slow) customer service. I've tried similar apps and I really believe this is the best option. It really is well done. I love the realtime search and the easy of use. I had one important issue with the functionality of the app which has now been resolved. I still have two small gripes, one is the ability to add a page title not only for aesthetic purposes but for SEO as well (I made a workaround for the time being). The other is more of a feature request, so that doesn't warrant any criticism. I'm told both are being worked on, so I'm happy. I definitely recommend this app. :)

Update: Both "gripes" have been taken care of! I'd give an extra star, but I had already given 5 stars.

Firstly, the app itself is simple in design and concept. Just what I need. The majority of my customers are wholesale and this app allows them to simply fill up their carts from a long list of products without having to go through the 'front end' as it were each time. I am based in Japan and wanted to add in my own translations, would be perfect if there was a space to edit in the back end without opening the code but I contacted support and they made it happen. A few glitches along the way but they came back each time, happy to help....emails and a skype call to get it fixed. Great customer service. We finally got it all going on New Year's Eve 2019. So I am ready to hit the ground running in the new year! Thanks guys! I would definitely recommend this app. Does what it says on the tin!

Launching our company's website quickly was imperative and as a budget-sensitive SMB, we moved forward with the Shopify platform as it checked those boxes. Unfortunately, we were a little naive to the magnitude of customization that would be necessary to build on the proper feature-set for our B2B customer base. After tying countles apps together with painful results, development was at a standstill... No idea how we missed the Wholesale Helper apps out of the gate, but WOW....so glad we found them. Between the out-of-box features and the Wholesale team's willingness to custom tailor to our needs, we've found a comprehensive solution. While their family of apps gave us everything we were looking for, Seth, Tejas, Mohit and Jawad have provided us with an abosolutely unique level of service along the way that is truly something special. Can't thank you all enough!!

Our problem was that ours client liked browsing our website at the beginning and add one by one the products, but after a while, it became very annoying for them as it was taking time (once they knew what they wanted). This is the problem we had after a couple of months , our clients were saying : " Can you just send me the exact same order than last time ?" or "Can I send you an email with what I want ?".

Anyway, we wanted to have a digital version of the classical 'paper order form' and this app is magic for that. Now our clients can quickly search the products, see all variants and all of that without changing a page. We decided to go for the top plan that includes 'reorder' as some clients just re-order and then add new products.

If you plan to do B2B, it is money well invested if you want your clients to re-order on a long term.

The support was also very helpful and translated in French the app (unfortunately, they hold the info on their server so do not expect multi-lingual. Not compatible with Langify for ex). They can also adjust the design and are very quick to answer.

This app is amazing. It is exactly what they advertised, and the customer support team is on top of everything. The few areas that we needed customization were all set up within 24 hours. Would definitely recommend to friend!

Awesome work. A valued wholesale client gave negative feedback on our site about clunky ordering process. I found the Single Page order add-on quickly and installed it. Showed the client within 1/2 hour and she was WAY impressed. The guys then did some specific tweaks to the add-on for us and also to our cart - very quick and super responsive - will now be promoting this great new function in our next client newsletter. These guys are lighting fast!! With our online business we strive hard to beat the clock to answer a customer back or resolve an issue. It seems rare to find other like-minded companies. I had a small change to the Single Page Order form and sent an email requesting some help - not only did I receive an email back super quick, but a timeline on when they could tweak the app. They were able to make the change I needed and exceeded my expectations by beating the timeline they gave me -- under promise and alway over deliver! I love it - you guys keep up the great work!

This will be the first 1 star review we have ever left for an application. We work great with many other organized applications on Shopify. We were approached by the programmers of this application in the beginning stages of their application, and tried to work with them on issues we were having with their software.

Since the very beginning they were slow to fix issues, and the application was not even working properly for the 2-3 months. Please keep in mind during the down time, we were still on their pay subscription. After updates were made, we would provide feedback on what features needed to be modified or added. Each time it we would receive some sort of attitude from the developer.

Technical support was extremely unprofessional and unpleasant to deal with. They definitely have the attitude you owe them every time you ask for support or changes. Eventually we decided to move on as it was just taking too long to get things done.

Before uninstalling the application we noticed many of the features we mentioned were now available and the application was working much better, but still has some bugs and aesthetic issues. But here is the best part. After most of the issues were fixed, their team made us feel we owe it to him to keep the application, that they programmed all the fixes for us. Are you serious? The fixes we mentioned would help your existing clients and future clients when using your product, not just us! I highly doubt they created this application for one single user.

In all, the application is actually better than than before, but I wish you luck with support.
