I ran into a cart validation issue from a new feature on my site and needed it sorted fast. Reymar was on it straight away and built a custom rule to solve exactly what I needed. Genuinely impressed that support this good comes with a free app — highly recommend.
I wasted way too much time trying to figure out how to setup a free local delivery option at checkout for my B2B/wholesale clients! I contacted Reymar and he helped me navigate where to go to setup a custom shipping profile and then he quickly made a shipping rule for me so that free local delivery automatically shows up on the checkout page. Reymar was quick to respond and super helpful. He made the process super easy. I will definitely be using the chat service again if I run into any issues in the future.
