Smart SEO AI & Image Optimizer

So far, so good. The interface is probably my favourite of any Shopify app. Writing and tweaking seo is a chore for me but this app makes it easier. Much better than my spreadsheets and faster because I am motivated to see the scores hit 100. I DO wish that it could give me a score that takes all of the many elements into account all at once, but then that would probably be a significantly more expensive app. I had a couple questions at first and support was very responsive and helpful.

Shopify recommended 3-SEO Apps and one of them was Smart SEO. We decided to go with Smart SEO because they had over 1,000 reviews, a star rating of 4.9, SEO capabilities, and excellent customer reviews.....and were glad we did!!

So far we are extremely satisfied with Smart SEO thanks to their very user-friendly SEO setup and 5-Star customer support. We will now see how Smart SEO performs in improving our SEO ranking but were confident they will be an important asset to our growth. Thank you Smart SEO!

Did not have time to use it extensively yet but so far looks good and easy to use. The customer support is stellar until now and has helped our store with a few SEO issues which were also outside the scope of their work. They helped us cleaning duplicate blocks from other apps that were causing errors and warnings in Google search console. Will update again after sometime when we have more experience with it. I have had this Plugin for a couple of months now. I cannot figure out if I have it filled in properly and fully. I notice when I click to preview I am confused because it doesn't show what I filled in. Also, when I then go and click on the actual title and type it exactly into google, it's not showing the meta tag that I want, that I filled in with this app. It's showing my product description which, may be a little more personal and less SEO constructed. It's hard to get in touch with someone as well for help.

This app makes it very easy to see what you need to do. The big thing is that you have to copy the Smart SEO metatags over to your products -- they don't go automatically, although the company this will be coming in a few months. Customer support was really good in helping me figure out where some weird text was being picked up from my logo image and showing up in my Google search results (tip: a couple days after submitting your sitemap, search on one of your products by its exact name and make sure it's appearing how you want it to)

So happy I found this app! Extremely easy to use, with clear instructions. I was using another SEO app from Shopify App store but ended up removing it as it didn’t seem to update the changes I was doing. The previous app left some trails behind after uninstalling, but Smart SEO Team messaged me to tell me about it and removed it fully. So special thanks to Lina and Rado for resolving everything in 24 hours! Cannot recommend this SEO app enough!
Contacted Support again a few months later for Meta tag updates, again all solved within the hour!

I actually love the app. While there are things I wish it would do in addition to what it does, they don't advertise those things, so I'm getting precisely what I pay for. in particular, I've found the ability to quickly manage Alt Tags on images priceless.

I had my first support request today (after having this app for about 60 days) and it was STELLAR in terms of empathy, speed, expertise, and friendliness! "Rado" is the support tech I interacted with and he was amazingly good.

I had an issue with the app and they reached out to me personally to help resolve the issue. I was amazed at how quickly they were able to help me and how fast I was able to see my reach on google grow! The customer service far exceeded anything else i've ever seen with the apps on shopify. Having their help and seeing my website pop up on google is going to do so many amazing things for my small business. I recommend this app to anyone looking to improve their SEO.
