Smile: Loyalty Program Rewards

We have been using the app for a few years, and have not had any problem.
It has all the functions needed for a points royalty program.

The support is very quick and helpful. We have asked for an additional function of free gifts and they have listened to us! We are quite happy using Smile.io

Software works well but wasn't happy when they went from FREE to $200 a month. The team was avid about working with me to discount my particular account after having a free version for so long. I'm thankful for the dedicated customer service and adjustments. I'm looking forward to see how it functions with new features.

Very easy to get set up and running, and start to see customers engage. The most important piece of any app is the support behind it, and the Smile team is super responsive, friendly and knowledgable about how to implement and apply best practices so it works from a technical perspective and performs for the business. It's been a pleasure working with the team!

Been using Smile for years and never had an issue. The reward program works faultlessly, their pricing could be a little friendlier though as they hold back features unless you want to pay a lot more. 9/10

We have had Smile for a few weeks now and are loving it! I've been wanting to get a rewards program for awhile but I was so nervous because I wasn't sure I could get it set-up on my own. Overall Smile has been a great company/app to install and work with, I trialled a few different apps before happily settling on Smile. We've had over 2000 orders influenced by the rewards in the short time we've had the program. Customer service has been amazing, working with Hannah on a few small things and she has been a gem to talk with, she really is 1 in a billion to talk to! So helpful!

We have been using SMILE since its early free days. It stung a bit when they started charging but with a bit of communication we were able to come to a fair agreement and now very happy to continue using the app.
