Smile: Loyalty Program Rewards

Working with Erin and the smile.io team has been a great experience. This past year we made a financial decision to suspend our Rewards program. While the team could have decided to minimize their support and response to us, they've done the opposite. They remain engaged with us as we prepare to turn down the existing program and even help with transitioning the program to our new web site unti end of year. Erin's responsiveness to my latest inquiry just proves to us that this is the right team to reengage when we redesign our rewards program for 2027!

*Like many other small businesses here, we're looking for an alternative after the huge price hike. We're not using any of the features of the highest tier plan except the points.*

Smile has changed the game for us. We have been a customer since 2021 and have not been disappointed since. Their online chat support is a breath of fresh air and is always super helpful. Lynn in particular went above and beyond for us and we greatly appreciate it. We look forward to many more years with Smile!

Smile rewards has opened up an added layer of engagement in my shop which has allowed me to grow my businesses in a fiscally more responsible way. The level of customization, even at a low tier level is also pretty unparalleled to other applications I have tried out.

Super simple to use, the free plan is so robust! we have a great reorder rate thanks to smile and the rewards program we have used.

Smile is very simple to start and implement, however, the free level will not last as long as you think and the next tier is quite a jump in price monthly. An in between or lower monthly cost would be desireable.

We have used Smile for the last few years and have found it an intuitive rewards platform - some of the features are a little basic in comparison to other rewards platforms however overall is great value for money.
