syncX: Stock Inventory Sync

Wow – what an awesome experience! We first tried this on the free version for our business, and honestly, it was just what we needed to begin with (FREE! ). Super easy to set up and actually useful from day one. We tested it with all kinds of uploads: one supplier sent us emails, another had a Google Sheet with about 2,000 SKUs, and we even hooked up a direct RSS feed. Every method just… worked. Simple, smooth, done! In the tech game, that is hard to get!

As our business grew, the platform grew with us. Their pricing is fair, and the customisation is next-level. We needed multiple feeds (lots of them!) but not an insane amount of SKUs (around 10,000) and only a few daily updates. It was so cool figuring out the perfect setup that fit us like a glove.

Then came the big test: we hit a super weird API challenge where we had to pull data, match it to an RSS feed, and re-map it back in. I thought, “No way they’ll sort this out for just me.” But guess what? The team actually built a custom location-based filter within a couple of days! Not only did it solve our problem, but they’re now planning to roll it out across the whole platform. That’s insane. Talk about customer-first thinking!

I don’t expect they’ll build anything for everyone, but the fact that they listened, understood, and delivered a real solution says everything about how these guys operate.

What you should know about this app, well it is excellent it really helps someone that has no prior technical knowledge to follow guides and with a 75 - 100% rate setup his supplier's XML file. ( The rate is adjusted per the file your supplier will provide you with).
But besides that, you have a team that constantly tries to support you, edit for you and even check up on you for your ''success''.
And that is just incredible, not only as a product but as an overall service.
10/10 would recommend again and again!

Editing this (originally 1 star) review to say that the team fixed this issue and now we are able to use 3rd party fulfillment locations again!! They fixed it within 24 hours after I brought up the issue.

This app has been AMAZING in the past for our store, since we have multiple vendors and manage syncing inventory from multiple locations. We use a different app for order fulfillments, and now they are no longer supporting fulfillment locations from 3rd party apps. This completely bricks our process and makes the app unusable for our use case. I'm not sure why this change was made but if it's not resolved in some way we will have to switch to a different app.

Stock Sync is an essential app for any e-commerce business who needs to bulk edit! The platform is excellent and the customer service team is beyond my expectations. At Sweatfully, we have many different suppliers across different industries and Stock Sync makes adding new or updating current products a breeze. We would not have been able to get to where we are today without Stock Sync.

I believe every Shopify business should have this app. It is a no brainer to download and purchase. Pricing is very reasonable. And their customer service is the best team I have experienced, and that is us working with 30+ other Shopify App customer service teams. Save time NOW and download Stock Sync!

Tried to setup this app to sync my Square store and Shopify. Sadly they do not document this process and their support did not have any helpful information. Already requested a refund from them.

UPDATE 7/28/25. I needed to update my review to share the amazing service I received. My supplier recently changed their inventory system to an API and I had no idea of how to create an API or if it was even possible using Stock Sync. I reached out to customer support, and they told me that needed a few days, but that they would be able to help me. About 4 days later, they created the API that I needed to sync my supplier's inventory to my Shopify store. TRUELY UNBELIEVABLE service!!!

This app is a game changer if you work with drop shippers that provide an inventory database to keep your store inventory up to date. I can't say enough of how well this app works. There was some trial and error to figure out how the app works, but once figured out, it will keep your store's inventory up to date. You can sync inventory automatically or manually sync inventory. Highly recommend! I am subscribed to the Pro account tier.

StockSync is an absolute game-changer! Their app is incredibly easy to use—literally Inventory Feeds For Dummies—and it gets the job done almost flawlessly. The customer service is outstanding; they are always eager to help and make sure everything runs smoothly. I feel like they are an extension of my team, always there when I need them. StockSync has saved me soooo much time, and I can’t recommend them enough!

Support team is as useful as a rock can be. Never online, you need to figure things on your own. I have ran into issues several times, opened tickets and their answer is extremely poor. if you are not savvy managing filters do not get this app

As in the past, I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the customer service I’ve received. I recently encountered an issue and the Stock Sync team responded and resolved the problem in short order. Highly recommend!!

Just a quick update to my prior review. This app has so much built in functionality and the customer service is extremely prompt to help troubleshoot any issues as well as answer questions. It truly has been a game changer for me and saves countless hours.

Great customer service! I had several questions regarding setting up my feeds properly. I scheduled a Google Meet with Stock Sync to walk me through the steps. Super helpful and informative. I've been thoroughly pleased with this app. It saves a ton of time and headaches. Highly recommend!!

At first I chose another company that had a 5 star rating. But it had 30-40 reviews. A complete failure! Then I turned to this service. Everything happens in the Shopify panel, they have videos on how to set it up. We set up some feeds that are currently working great. The initial setup took quite a while, but one connection was extremely complicated and they still managed to do it. Indeed, my store is currently working and synchronising stock from our warehouses and 3 other external suppliers. I update my nomenclature, my photos, my descriptions. We have over 100 emails in our correspondence and many cases that we have overcome!
