Bird Pickup & Delivery Date

I really can't say enough great things about this app. They are very quick to reply to support issues and always willing to help and see the issue through to the solution. Their subscription system is tiered so you start out with a free tier that gives you 70% functionality (and 95% of the essential functions) and as you make more sales, they charge you more, which is really really nice and very refreshing (normally you are charged $60+/month with no other options). Their interface is easy to understand and navigate and there are a ton of options that allow you to work-around anything you would run into. Thanks again for providing such a great app!

This app is absolutely incredible! I’ve been searching for a solution for my e-commerce business, which also has three retail locations, and needed an app that could handle pickup, delivery, and shipping all in one and get email notifications to each location for my staff. This app is perfect and was so easy to set up. Also, the customer service was incredible, he answered my questions and fixed any issue I was having. I definitely recommend this app.

This app does exactly what needs to be done a business that both ship and have collection form a shop. I spent lots of money hiring developer to have my website doing this. At the end, purchasing the dvance option was the best thing I could do ! It makes my life a lots easier as a small business. The customer support is outstanding. I spent so much time on two other delivery apps and encountered a problem at the Checkout. I am so glad I switched to Bird Delivery App. I encountered the same issue which I got to know is related to Shopify. However, the tech support at Bird was super helpful and solved my problem. I worked with Nitin, he send me a Collaborator request and once I approved him, he managed to solve my long lasting problem in seconds. It was so helpful and crucial to my business. Nitin went beyond and even helped me chose another app to help me with delivery route optimization. Here is my idea, you will encounter problems and limitation with apps and services, especially if you are building something specific to your business needs. It's the tech support that changes the game. I highly recommend this app, they have your back!

Really helpful team. Have used their live chat within Shopify a few times now to help fix things, every time they get things back up and running. Really good app too! We need to offer just in store pick up with a calendar of times for customers to book collection slots in and it works a dream. Would highly recommend.

Best Date and time selection app I've used, so far flawless, support is straight onto it if you need help with anything. I've managed to custom make it to suit my needs. Order confirmation emails and all. Highly recommended over the others..thx team :-)
