Genie Pickup Delivery Date

Developer was very responsive and helped add missing code in my theme to reenable instore pickup option for my 4 locations. I have been using this for a couple years and is a great addition to my website for our guests to order online and pickup at the location closest to them to avoid shipping fees. This app works well for our needs and support was brilliant over a few days. We needed help to reinstall it onto our new theme. Support also made some customisations for us. There are additional notes on the order page when there is a pick-up but it doesn't bother us.

We are a mobile business and do a lot of public events. We needed an app that would allow us to create a pickup location for each one. This app does the job perfectly! Genie's owner, Ali, even helped change the button from "Store Pickup" for us. Customers can choose between "Shipping" and "Pickup At Event Location". When they choose "Shipping" they get the normal checkout shipping options. When they choose "Pickup At Event Location" they see available events that I have set up in a 28 day window. I highly recommend this app!

Genie Store Pickup has been wonderful for our business, with 6 pickup locations it was important for us to be able to offer this to our customers. The app looks good integrated on our website and functions well. Best of all Ali and the team are so responsive - if we ever have any questions or want to change things (or have forgotten how to do it ourselves) they reply right away and get things done. I'm so happy I found this App for need to offer pick ups with a schedule in mind. I sell both large items that ship on a pallet and small items that generate automatic shipping rates at checkout. Those items can be picked up yet if someone was to put one of each in their cart, it would generate a shipping rate that was VERY wrong for my business. I needed to find a way to block the items from offering a shipping rate when they can only be picked up. Ali and his team took time to understand my problems and fixed it so I can utilize their app more efficently. As a entrepreneur it is hard to make money when we have to give it away to shippers because the platform isn't set up correctly. I'm happy to have worked with Ali and will implement this app on my other businesses.

This app was perfect for our needs! We needed customers to be able to select which store they would like to pick up from independent of the actual location's inventory and this not only handled that but also works so much more intuitively than the Local Pickup option that is built into Shopify. We have a few small hiccups while getting the app setup, but Ali was able to get us sorted out with lightning speed and efficiency. I wholeheartedly recommend this app not only for how well it works but also how great the support is!

I didn't like the Shopify built-in in-store pickup function for a bunch of reasons. This app looked appealing and affordable. I have a pretty customized theme so installation was a little bit complicated, but Ali patiently listened to what I wanted and implemented it perfectly. Now our in-store pickup option works just like I envisioned. The app works great and is an excellent value, and Ali is top-notch in terms of support.
