Appstle℠ Subscriptions App

Tech support was very patient and helpful. They configured my subscription widget to blend in seamlessly with my store theme. It looks great and makes picking a subscription option quick and easy for anyone shopping at my online store.

We are very happy with Appstle Subscriptions. It works super well with Shopify, feels reliable and gives a lot of flexibility for different subscription setups.

What we especially like is that customers can use it easily without things feeling too complicated on the frontend. The customer portal works great for us too.

Overall just a really solid app and we think one of the best subscription solutions we have worked with so far.

I'm a new user to this app, so all I can talk about is my experience with the chat support. I had Devin, and the experience was fantastic! Virtually no wait time, and he solved my issue within minutes. The folks at Appstle are definitely on my side as a merchant!

Appstle, compared to other subscription platforms, really made the migration the most seamless.

We worked with utterbond and bold in the past, only to have our customer base impacted with the migration and beyond. We ended up spending many labour hours trying to restore/ fix the errors and their interfaces were absolutely not user-friendly (both in back and front ends)

Appstle, however, were very communicative, answered our concerns in less than 24hrs, hop on immediate calls when we needed and made sure our migration was seamless for all customers. Their interface is also SO MUCH MORE userfriendly for both backend and front end.

They conducted a "dry run" of 5 accounts to ensure they migrated correctly before continuing with the rest of our subscription list < WHICH WAS PERFECT

so far so good- will update if anything changes but we recommend them 100% :)

I absolutely love using Appstle! Their customer service is incredibly fast, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Whenever I had questions or ran into issues, their team responded quickly and even sent demo videos showing exactly how to fix things on my own website.

They also included screenshots and real-time guidance, which made everything so much easier to understand. What really impressed me was that they went above and beyond — they even took the time to look over other areas of my website and helped upload my logo for my email setup.

Great app, fairly straight forward to get set up and has a ton of features. We actually tested a lot of subscription apps out and this was the best and worked the best with our other apps. Would highly recommend. Max has been super helpful, too.
