I just set up Appstle for our cleaning-products store and the support made all the difference. Aiden walked me through everything in one quick session. He got my subscribe-and-save plan live, sorted out an error I hit while creating frequency options, and explained exactly what was going on so I understood it.
He went well beyond what I expected. He removed the Appstle branding from the widget as a complimentary touch, added our shop logo to all the subscription emails, and integrated the "Manage Subscription" portal into our account page so customers can edit, skip, and cancel on their own. He even customized the widget to match our brand colors and shared a preview to make sure it looked right.
Fast replies, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Now I see why this app has so many 5-star reviews. Highly recommend.

Wow! The Appstle team is incredible. They have responded within 1-3 min each time I have messaged them and have even made loom videos for me when I have been confused. I am so glad someone recommended this app to me. If I could give 100 stars to the customer support alone, I would.

The support has been really amazing. With very little experience, we have been able to enable subscriptions going and have been able to make minor, but brand important steps that their support team has handled so quickly. Might be the most refreshing chat support I've ever used.
