I reached out via live chat and Brooks responded within minutes, took the time to investigate carefully, restored all 8 of my subscription plans, and confirmed everything was properly linked to my products — all in a single session. The plans are well-structured, checkout now works smoothly, and the team is clearly knowledgeable and patient. Highly recommended for any Shopify store running subscriptions.
