Amazing app with an even more amazing support team! The customer service is truly superb, super responsive, patient, and helpful throughout the whole process. They guided me step-by-step and made everything so much easier to understand. Really appreciate how fast and professional they are. Being a non-tech-savvy person, I had several questions and a few issues with my subscriptions and bundles, but Adam was incredibly patient, helpful, and easy to work with throughout the process.
He suggested a number of useful improvements and was very honest and transparent in his feedback and recommendations, which I really appreciated. He also kindly helped me install and upgrade certain features completely free of charge.
The customer service has been excellent, the guidance was genuinely valuable, and the app itself works very well too.

Set up has been so easy. When I couldn't figure out one aspect, I messaged their support team and they immediately took care of it for me. They also asked if they could add my logo to our email notifications for me because I hadn't gotten to that yet. So kind & helpful!
As for the actual software, it's been really easy to set up and it looks great on our storefront. So excited to offer subscriptions to our customers.
