We’re sorry to hear about the issue you faced with your inventory. Sumtracker syncs stock based on SKUs, and when many products share the same SKU, all of them will update together. This behavior is shown in multiple warnings during setup, but we understand it can be missed.
As soon as you reached out, our team immediately worked on retrieving all your inventory levels exactly as they were in your Shopify account before installing the app. Once we gathered this data, we contacted you through WhatsApp, phone, and email to help restore everything.
To fix the inventory on your store, we simply need you to reconnect your Shopify store to Sumtracker so we can apply the correct levels. Without this step, we’re unable to make the changes on your behalf.
We’re fully ready to resolve this — we just need your cooperation to proceed. We genuinely care about your experience and are ready to help the moment you get back to us.

Amazing App! Super helpful. We use it for so many things: bundles, inventory and stock control, PO's... The customer service is one of the best i've ever seen. Answers are almost immediate, and they're even open (and so fast!) to make improvements and develop new features upon a client's request.

App utilissima che funziona molto bene ed è in continua evoluzione. Permette di mantenere aggiornate le giacenza tra i vari marketplace in modo quasi istantaneo. La grande differenza la fa l'assistenza che è veloce e precisa e che ascolta con grande attenzione le richieste del cliente risolvendo i problemi e fornendo in poco tempo nuove funzionalità.
Per il futuro consiglierei la possibilità di permettere anche la modifica del prezzo di vendita cosi da diventare l'app di riferimento per l'utente senza bisogno poi di cercare le varie inserzioni in giro. Questo perchè di solito quando arriva la nuova merce e si aggiorna la giacenza spesso si modifica anche il prezzo di vendita.
