Super: Gift Wrap, Gift Message

This app was really easy to install and set up. It's really easy for customers to use, too. It creates the Gift Wrap option as a product, so you have full control over that. I requested an adjustment to our mobile phone theme, and Effectify were very quick and courteous in response and adjusted our theme to my requirement.

Brilliant customer service. There were some tweaks that I needed fixed and this was done right away. Function is nice and simple which is exactly what I needed. Still waiting to see how it improves sales. However really pleased with how it works. There is a lot more functionality that I don't use. I would highly recommend.

So far so good. It is really easy to set up and does exactly what we need it to do. I needed help and got a response right away. I also asked for a feature a few months ago when I first tried it out; to be able to add the gift message to Order Printer, and within a short time they made that functionality available. Way to go! Thanks so much.

We were looking for an app that would allow our customers to leave a gift message & choose a gift receipt as an option. This app does the trick! It's easy to install, it looks clean & it hasn't slowed our load speed! The creator of the app, Shahar was quick to respond when I reached out and provided great service! I'm excited that we got this installed just in time for the holiday shopping!

I tried a couple of different gift wrap apps and this is definitely the best. Easy to set up and looks good on my site. Shahar was very responsive and helped to customize the app to fit my theme perfectly. Within a few hours of setting up I had my first giftwrap order! Updated to say that I had an issue with the box not showing up and the team were quick to respond and fixed it straight away:)

This app does what it advertises but warning if you are using ReCharge app for subscription orders: this app is not compatible with ReCharge. It forces the customer to stay in Shopify's checkout instead of moving into ReCharge's and gives them a "SOLD OUT" error message on subscription products (preventing them from making the purchase). 4 stars because the app works well for one-time purchases.

Super Gift Options is a cool app that gives your store a Gift Wrapping & Gift Messaging option - FOR FREE! There was a formatting error on the shopping cart because of the way AfterPay interacted with the page. Shahar dug into the code, figured out what was happening, and not only fixed it, he made the page layout BETTER. BETTER! Thank you for a great app that will help us market our store for the holidays! The app is great value, there are slightly better apps out there, this one is the most reasonable one, and Shahar and team seem to be committed and taking feedback onboard. I ended up talking to Shahar over the email who was very helpful, missed the initial communication and left 3 stars but has added the missing 2 stars especially after communication, Looking forward to the improvements I suggested and it will take them to the 6 stars :)

This is the 5th gift app I tried and this is the one for us. Simple set up -- it showed up immediately and so did all the changes I made (not my experience when I played with other apps). The "products" --wrapping, messaging, and receipts -- are separate so it doesn't look funky if you only want to use 1 piece of it (not my experience when I played with other apps). Worked instantly with drawer carts (not true with other apps). I wanted the location to change slightly and their dev team had that done in minutes and their communication was super clear.

I have note really used the app yet, but it looks as though it will definately do what I need it to do. I have however experienced the most amazing level of service from the team behind the app, Shahar was very quick to get back to me, and extremely quick to fix my issue. Apart from that Shahar was really friendly. I would for that reason recommend this app, customer service is key.
