Syncee Premium AI Dropshipping

I really enjoy this app. Everything my customers have purchased has arrived on time and intact. Every time I have a question about an order the vendor always responds quickly. No complaints at all. I would recommend this app for anyone looking for a dropshipper with a wide variety of items. Also, if you upload 25 items or less it's FREE! What's better than Free? Not much.

I needed a reliable app that could synchronise the products on my website via an XML feed. After trying out several, I chose Syncee and am quite happy with it. I don't use any of the dropshipping functions they offer, I just use the XML synchronisation function for two websites I manage. The cost is perhaps a bit high given that I manage a lot of products and only use part of the app's functionality. Very good customer support, very fast.

The individuals at Syncee have been very responsive and were very helpful in answering all my questions. The program is also very easy to use and flexible. My only complaint is regarding the vendor contact availability and product selection. It would be nice if they could provide a contact number for the wholesalers/suppliers they work with. It has been a challenge trying to get in contact with some of the suppliers. In additon, I am starting an home decor business and they do not have many unique products and are very limitied.

I've been using this app for a little under a year and it has earned 5 stars from me for a number of reasons. 1. It makes finding a supplier with the products I want to sell infinitely easier than contacting suppliers directly. 2. The support staff went above and beyond when I had an issue. I only wanted to import certain sizes of a product into my store, and Melinda from the support staff helped me make that happen. 3. Your inventory and prices are automatically updated each day! As business owners, we always strive for automation where it matters most, and Syncee aids in that process. Easily a 5 star app and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is new to dropshipping.

Just an update. Our store which has over 8000 variants for 300 plus products was a huge task to first get our products in the store to match our CSV file. Imre and the team helped us along the way through every step and our Inventory is now LIVE!!!! FIVE STARS across the board on this app and the people that make it possible.

This app is amazing. And the support is right on point. This team is very hard working, quick to jump in and give you premium support, and a pleasure to work with. I spent a few months looking into solutions for syncing up our back end system with Shopify and this is the best choice BAR NONE! anything else on the app store to date is a major waste of money.

Excellent customer service. I have been using this app for some months now and have been seeing a lot of awesome developments that make it more & more user friendly. Breakdowns of costs for orders are clear & easy to understand so you are aware of profits per order or product. Editing tools for each product or catalog have improved greatly & are very helpful to your business profitably.

Most of my issues have been with vendors not understanding the costs for retailers but the good ones will work with you reducing shipping costs & other adjustments that will help your business if you contact them directly.

I have discovered great brands through Syncee.

Great Dropshipping App with room for improvement

Great:
- Good selection of high quality suppliers from around the world
- Good integration and mostly user friendly
- Good customer support, eager to help
- Great functionality to automate margins/mark ups

Room for improvement:
- plan prices change randomly without any warning, which is not cool for a small business. Smallest monthly plan went from Free to $29 to $49 making it hard to plan. Would love more transparent communication
- Sometimes had issues with synchronization, when it took a full day for my order to show up
- had payment issues when I had to attempt payment up to five times until it went through
- the search for products is very clumsy. It does not really show what you're searching for and the filter options could be better thought through (e.g. you can only select one country from-to)
- When searching for an exact supplier name, you still have to scroll to sometimes the third page until you find the supplier (assumption is that the big suppliers pay to always show up first, e.g. Big Buy is always the first)

Syncee guys are magicians!

I have tried to move to a different system from a custom-built shop for 8 months ... but it did not go with the "support" of the customer service of that other system. Brutal suffering, a lot of money, a total waste of time, Brrrrrr!
Then came the guys at the Syncee, they offered the Shopify platform, and they solved all my problem in few minutes!
All this with a few clicks! I do not believe if I do not see it!
They showed me everything and I immediately understood how it works. Well, this is magic!

A Syncees srácok varázslók!

Egyedi fejlesztésű shopról 8 hónapig költöztem egy másik rendszerbe... de az ügyfélszolgálatuk "támogatásával" sem ment. Brutál szenvedés, egy csomó pénz, sok idő, kuka. Brrrrrr!
Aztán jöttek a Syncees srácok, ajánlották a Shopifyt, és pikk-pakk megoldották minden gondomat!
Mindezt pár kattintással! Nem hiszem, ha nem látom!

This is a great App which connects seamlessly to Shopify. The diversity of products and vendors are enough to keep you adding items to your store indefinitely, especially since new vendors are being added every month. You can choose what you want Syncee to update to your store such as Inventory (which updates throughout the day), Price, Cost, etc. You can message vendors within the App and (most) get back to you quickly (don't even try to message HomeRoots as they will never respond). There is also a Data Feed Manager if you choose to connect via Syncee to other vendors.

You can try this App for free up to 25 products. There is a bit of a learning curve to using the app only because it syncs very quickly and you need to make sure your settings are correct since it will instantly update if you tell it to. I have recommended Syncee to stores in several niches and even to others personal product lines just to add some other products to their site to compliment what they already have.

Customer support is more than helpful and responsive if you need any help setting it up or questions down the road. Just don't expect them to be involved in the order itself. You need to contact the vendor on your own if there are any issues or returns.

We use this app as a secondary source to upload products from dropshipping suppliers based in the European Union for our online fashion store. It allows us to broaden and supplement the range of items that we already offer. We prefer to use European Union based suppliers because 1 they are closer to our target market therefore shipping times are reasonable and 2 our target EU customers has no nasty tax and excise charges when their goods arrive at their door. The strength of any dropshipping app is with the suppliers that use their marketplace, and so far we have been impressed with the range of suppliers and the quality of the products available. Unlike another dropshipping App we've used in the past with Syncee you know the name of the dropship supplier and are provided with a link to their website so you can research and review the supplier with Trustpilot etc. There is also a feature were droppshippers can leave reviews about the supplier, thereby allowing us to warn others of bad experiences or indeed praise a supplier for excellence. I'm sure this feature will improve as more and more retailers leave reviews.
The app is easy to use, you can search and upload products using a number of different methods. You can set different global pricing mark-ups for different catalogues, which means if your supplier changes their price it is automatically updated on your store. It also means you can set different mark-ups and margins for different suppliers and products. If you do run into an issue we have found support responsive, helpful and quick. Syncee so far is proving to be a useful app and we would recommend using it for your store.
