Merchants describe this as an easy-to-use fulfillment solution that integrates smoothly with Shopify for product import, catalog management, and orders. They highlight fast, reliable shipping, strong product sourcing (including bundles, custom packaging, and 1688/Taobao), and good product quality. A key benefit is the dedicated private agent, praised for near 24/7, responsive support that helps with sourcing, pricing, logistics, and quickly resolving issues.

Sharon's been a great help onboarding and intergrating my stores. Quick responses from the agents, sourcing is relatively quicker than CJ/DSers, troubleshooting is fast within their business hours as well.

They are such a good company that we can use as a tool for start selling
