Working with TeemDrop has been a genuinely great experience, and a lot of that comes down to Poppy. She's very active, excellent at sourcing, she finds the right materials and consistently comes back with the best prices, and she's 24/7 available, weekends included. She's super easy to communicate with and its a pleasure to work with her, she makes the process of everything feel easier and less heavyweight.

After using TeemDrop for almost 3 months, I decided to stop using their service and move to a private fulfillment agent.

In my experience, the overall service has been mediocre. Product quality is comparable to what you can find directly on AliExpress, and I did not see the level of quality control I would expect from a fulfillment company. There were also issues with customer service and order handling, which made the whole process more frustrating than it should have been.

One very important point is their advertised 3–5 day delivery. In my experience, this was simply not realistic. I never had an order delivered within that time window. The faster shipping options are also expensive, which makes the service even less attractive.

Their product prices are often considerably higher than AliExpress as well. If you're just starting out with dropshipping, I honestly don't see much advantage in using TeemDrop instead of ordering directly through AliExpress. The experience, product quality, and fulfillment standards felt very similar, while TeemDrop was more expensive.

After nearly three months of testing their service, moving to a private agent was the better option for my business.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend TeemDrop.
