We are thrilled with Toki, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about it. The product is excellent, and the customer service is truly top tier.

Our brick and mortar setup is really complicated, with multiple moving parts, and the Toki team met it head on. They worked hand in hand with us to connect all of our data from our stores, and they walked us through every detail we needed to build out our loyalty program. Whenever we had a question, they were right there with a clear answer and a plan. It felt like having an extension of our own team.

Toki is a powerhouse of an app, with very well thought-out and user friendly methods of engaging and retaining customers. The ability to customize the loyalty program so granularly has been incredible. Toki powers my wallet card, our paid membership for our community platform, and the wallet side has been excellent. Members get their card straight into Apple or Google Wallet with no app to download and nothing to scan, which is exactly the frictionless experience we were after. The Built for Shopify integration sits cleanly on top of our store and setup was simpler than I expected for something this capable. The standout though is the support. Jason has been quick, genuine and really helpful every time I've reached out, which counts for a lot when you're building something new. Highly recommend.

Beyond excellent — this app is in a league of its own.

I've tried several loyalty apps for my Shopify store, but Toki is on a completely different level. The level of customization is outstanding — you can truly tailor every detail to match your brand and your business needs, which is exactly what I needed for Piedra de Toque.
