Toki Loyalty Program & Rewards

I had been looking for a Membership App on Shopify for quite some time, but none of the existing offerings did the minimum of what you'd expect a true Membership management app to do.

The Toki team truly delivered on my requirements and the experience of working with them was nothing short of remarkable.

They now have developed one of the most advanced Membership management tools on the App Store, and I cannot thank them enough!

Jason answered my endless barrage of questions and concerns, immediately addressed them quicker than any other provider I've worked with, and came up with excellent solutions for our very unique tech stack. I couldn't recommend them more. The program itself is easy to use, set up, and customize. There are definitely a ton of options out there for loyalty programs, and I'm so glad we went with them. Can't say enough great things about starting with Toki - Jason was amazing to work with to get us organized and moving with setting up our rewards platform with Toki. He scheduled a zoom meeting with me and walked me through everything and answered all my questions...and guided me through some things I hadn't considered.

When I had some issues launching the program he was prompt in getting me sorted - ended up being related to a browser issue on my end.

So far so good. Been using this instead of another loyalty platform and really enjoyed how slick the backend is. Easy with the magic link, no issues for customer logins and lots of great features. I really like how they're really hands on and listen to feedback. Looking forward to growing with them
