I’ve had a great experience using the Track123 app for my Shopify store. Recently, I ran into an issue where I couldn’t open the app directly, but their support team was quick and helpful in resolving the problem. The Track123 app is an essential tool for our business, and I’m glad everything is working smoothly again.
After reviewing all the apps, they're the best solution I've found. The app integrates very well regardless of the store's theme because its design is excellent. I also appreciate the support team; they're incredibly effective at finding the right carrier, regardless of the tracking code. I love them because they solve most of my problems so easily.
Wonderful assistance from support when you need help, and I've tested a few other tracking apps; they are so outdated, this one has a nice modern touch and feel, and so far has everything I need for a tracking app.
I would recommend Track123 because it helps to build trust with customers by letting them know where their package is at any time they'd like to check.
The worst app I've ever seen on Shopify! Out of 200 parcels, only a few were able to track the correct order status. Support makes promises and does nothing. Deleted

Very good app especially for those starting newly. Only thing I would like is more options and customizations. We will be sticking with them until we scale, and then upgrading our plan so we can unlock more customizations!
