Trackify came highly recommended and the app was easy to install and use. We had an issue with our Facebook account on a Saturday morning and Trackify Customer Support got us back up and running within an hour. I would highly recommend this app.
I just started using the app. Customer service was awesome with the setup help. I watched the video but Facebook changed the way the integration looked. Dylan was very helpful, I look forward to using this app to better enhance my ads performance.

I was having a lot of problems with my Facebook Pixel, and had a hard time getting it to fire on product pages etc.. and report data back to Trackify, and Tanmay really helped me. He really turned around my whole experience with the app, that once you figure it out, its limitless.

This app has made tracking data from fb so easy, as well as creating segmented audiences and catalogs for fb. In the last 4-5 years working with Trackify I have only had two issues and both times customer service was very helpful in fixing the problem. Would definitely recommend them!

He went above and beyond to fix the issues i was having, explained in detail and took his time so I understood everything as well. Trackify doesn't do anything you cannot do manually, but yeez it saves you ton of time and is VERY fairly priced. If you want to start with your FB campaign, give it a try, you have nothing to loose. The best part of it is the Facebook community where people shares success stories, strategies and ideas on how to further improve your campaigns.

I was having all sorts of trouble with my Facebook Pixel so I installed this app. I'm glad I did – it's the best app I've installed this year! First: It just works. But as importantly, the video walkthroughs for installation and throughout the app are clear and thorough. Plus, customer service is responsive and clear (and patient!). All around, a great experience.
We are using the app for 14 months now and its without a doubt, the most significant tool we have, If you are serious about your business It's a tool that you must have, beyond that the support is just great and you get a great added value from the advice given to you by Thomas and its Team.
