This app just keeps getting better and better. Trackify X is crucial to gaining more insights and optimization with the Facebook pixel.

The catalog uploader is stupid simple to use.

Being able to create multiple lookalike audiences is worth it's weight in gold.

Before Trackify, I've been in back and forth with Facebook support and Shopify support trying to resolve a month long issue with double reporting conversion metrics which has affected our small business. They cant seem to solve it. So I decided to use Trackify and, voila, everything's back to normal. Their support is also commendable—very prompt and detailed. Thanks for all the help!

Very impressed. I signed up for the service because our Facebook pixel was experiencing some issues. I needed further assistance quickly and got on their chat line. Within minutes I was speaking with someone who was very helpful in solving our problem. The representative dove right into our problem and started working on it immediately. I would definitely recommend this app and the service.

We were having issues tracking Facebook due to domains being locked up on FB on an old account and FB did not help us. Trackify was the answer. It allows us to track our Facebook ads and what exactly happens on our Shopify site. I highly recommend it. Also, we needed to make sure we had it set up right, Trackify set up a zoom call and we were fully optimized within 24 hours of downloading the app. Great work!

Trackify X Facebook Pixel app is an easy way to enable advanced matching and Conversion API for Facebook Pixel however there are some bugs in the Shopify Advanced version as evidenced by the fact that the typical support team reply is that they need to "check with developers" which then takes 24-48 hours and doesn't always resolve the issue. Apps that charge $99.99 per month should work, this one apparently still needs some more software development.

When dealing with your FB Pixel at the same time when lots of ads are running is a bit scary.

I was worried about which app to use and have tried others that had issues like double reporting to FB in ads manager or not firing on checkout steps on the checkout page.

But the customer service made it easy… they just went in and helped me install and get everything working just right. They have exceeded beyond any of my expectations.

Trackify has been great in helping me manage my FB pixel. I've used it for the last 3 years and have intermittently turned it off to test a native FB pixel integration vs Trackify and the app has always provided the most accurate data reporting. This is even more important now with the new iOS changes. Also the support for Trackify is outstanding. This is the only app I know of where a developer will sit with you and help you troubleshoot and resolve any issues you're seeing. Highly recommend!

I've been using this app for over a year without needing their helpdesk support so all was ok. FB recently launched their new CAPI and I wanted to know how Trackify works with and supports this. It was a nightmare trying to get information from their email support. I received 1 or 2 word answers or responses that did not answer my questions. It's like they do not care about helping their customers (after I've been a paying customer for about 1.5 years) and it was a burden to answer my questions - I was very disappointed in my interaction with them and uninstalled the app immediately.

Finally unlocked the power of this app and have long ways to go. Super smooth integration, i was a little skeptical at first but 4-5 days in i'm a believer of how organized and targeted this app can make your ads. To unlock this apps true value make the investment and upgrade your account to utilize the tracking tags, possibly the greatest feature of this app i've discovered so far. The creator of this apps understands his clients, Every step of the set up has instructional videos built into each page. well worth the money if you are going to take this app serious and actually put it to work for you. This app has helped us scale 6x in the last year. It does so many things I'm not going to bother listing them. But the Best part is Thomas and his developers. Working in Shopify, when pretty much everything you want to do requires a 3rd party app and integrations that seem to constantly conflict, it's often hard to find an app developer who actually cares about his customers and takes pride in doing a good job. Many devs for apps ignore the problem, say that the problem you see in front of you isn't them or, sometimes, that it doesn't even exist. It almost feels like pulling teeth to get them to even look to see if there is a problem and then more teeth to get them to fix it - even when you're not upset and just want it fixed. Not with Thomas. You say something is wrong, show him with pics, and he's on it. He's fast, has great customer service and is very smart.

Whenever there is a problem that could be caused by one of several integrations (as things are always updating and creating conflicting code) I always check with him.

But, while most of the time it has nothing to do with Trackify in the end, due to his helpfulness and other devs unhelpfulness, over half the time it's usually him who figures out what's wrong so I can go to the other dev and tell them what to fix - which then fixes the situation.

The tracking provided is the top and the additional audience-building tools and analytics offer greater ability to scale.
