I am new to the ecommerce/dropshipping world and there is SO much to learn! Angelo Carlo and Norah Zhao have gone above and beyond for me to help however they can. When I started my business I needed product to start my business and didn’t want traditional Drop shipping due to quality and shipping time issues. A friend told me about Trendsi. I ordered a few products to test and was pleased with what I had ordered. I will say that the products shipping from the USA seem to be better quality in my experience. So I always search their USA inventory. Their customer service is fast to respond as well and that a huge plus! Gretle and many others have been very helpful and responsive in any situation. So thank you Trendsi! You are helping me grow until I can get my own brand!!

I recently had a couple of questions. Mary picked up and was absolutely amazing. She was personal and friendly, clearly not an automated chatbot. She solved my problems right away. Super happy that I used the chat offer. 5 Stars all the way!
I recently had an issue with Trendsi app on Shopify and I reached out to their support team. Mia was the customer support representative who assisted me, and I must say that she was extremely helpful and professional throughout the entire process.
Mia was able to identify the problem quickly and provided me with a solution that resolved the issue. She was patient with me and took the time to explain everything in detail so that I could understand it.
