Trendsi: Fashion Dropshipping

I was having some issues today with my TikTok Shop. Being pretty new to ecomm, I jumped the gun a bit and thought, since Trensdi has been amazing integrating into my Shopify store that everything would integrate the same with my TT Shop. I quickly learned after an order was placed that wasn't so much the case. I hit the chat button in a panic thinking I wouldn't get a response; Being after business hours. Maria quickly picked up the chat. She was such a breath of fresh air, helping me understand better and walking me through what I needed to do on my TT Shop. She also sent me some pointers on what to do when I get orders through there instead of my Shopify site. She truly saved my day. Kudos to Maria!!!

TRENDSI IS THE BEST! My only complaint is that I didn’t find their company sooner! The ease of having items sent directly to my customers with an invoice with my own logo and name is great! And the Customer Service had been beautiful!! A huge thank you to “Anya” for all of her assistance! I highly recommend Trendsi!

The system wouldn't let me leave a second review after my first one. So I'm going to add my second review to the bottom of this one. This new review took place on March 2, 2026:

I absolutely LOVE Trendsi! I have been working with them for several years now in my business, and I have no intentions of breaking my business relationship. They have always delivered on time, cared for my customer needs, answered PROMPTLY to all my inquiries, walked me through any problems I may have had technically. And tonight I must give a special shout out to Anya & Chette!! THANK YOU BOTH SO MUCH!

My Customer lost a diamond in a ring she purchased from our shop five months ago. The 30-day return period was expired and I had no idea how I was going to fix this problem. Anya and Chette gave me a full refund on the ring, and I was able to order the Customer a new one with no charge to her.

She was so happy! All of this was done the same day the Customer reached out. No wait time at all! The promptness of assistance always impresses me. I am a true Trendsi Fan!!

I have been mad at Trendsi twice today. 1st because they texted me and I no longer had the app installed. I had removed it because I sell geeky women things and generally they don't carry that kind of apparel. But they said they had a Barbie Malibu dreams collection. I couldn't find it and was mad all over and I guess mad that it wasn't actually Barbie but Barbie themed.
All of that is moot as what I did see I loved and they have added some tees to their site that I CAN sell. So I grabbed a few. They responded to my questions in a kind manner (though I was a bit short, but not on purpose, I got a call just as I was typing, hit send too soon).

My only real complaint is that they need to make it exceedingly clear that you can install and use Trendsi without a subscription. You only pay when your customer orders. with that in mind, I'm thinking of starting a secondary store, with all the fashion deliciousness I see.

Their process of importing to your store is the best I've seen on SHopify so far. Very clean and streamlined. Good app for those wanting to give Shein a run for their money.

I found myself in need of some help again, and this time I was assisted by Jac. He was amazing too! In a matter of a few minutes, Jac easily advised me of my problem online. Problem solved in less than 10 minutes. It was a big deal for me, as I had no idea what was going on. I am so pleased with Trendsi and you customer service reps. I truly feel, they are the BEST!!! So Very Patient. Thank you JAC!!!! I was looking for an easy way to upgrade my website, and Trendsi looked like just what I needed. I needed to understand the process better. I reached out to Trendsi chat, and I received very informative information from Maria. She was awesome. I one point my internet dropped, but when I was able to reboot, Maria was right there waiting. Thank you Maria!!!

I was lucky enough to get Raymart to assist me with questions about the post of a dropship order. I needed to understand the process better. Raymart was able to answer all of my questions, and provide a bit more helpful information. I truly appreciate his expertise. He's excellent!!! Thank you Raymart!!! 10 Stars... if possible!!

Incredible customer service - answering at all hours of the day when you need them! Lorie was exceptional! You DO NOT even understand how much Trendsi can help take your business to the next level! Trendsi is a life-saver. It is always updating inventory. Perfect for selling to a market that looks at inches rather than centimeters. The support staff is friendly and very helpful.

Raymart helped clarify all my questions. He was very thorough and patient. I love this app for my business, always quick to respond to questions, with an extensive product selection, and lower prices. It is well put together. All the images and sizes have been organized, unlike other apps that provide one image and sizes are all over the place. Best of all FREE! Highly recommend!!! Wish I would have found it sooner. I had an issue with inventory availability. Anya helped me resolve a conflict between my on-hand quantities and the stock at the Trendsi warehouse. Her support saved me valuable time.

I has been a great year with Trendsi! I spoke today to Harold about adding products to TikTok Shop. He let me know which items to add and the shipping, which was a concern for me. I'm very excited about the future with this company and hope together we can become a great success! Thanks Trendsi/Harold!

I have come across this app in my journey to find suitable manufacturers. I got a welcome email almost immediately. I ended up having difficulty getting the products to add to my store. I reached out to Customer Service and spoke to Mia. She was excellent in helping me figure out my issue and get it resolved. I'm grateful that she was there. I am now free to add things, and hope it takes my store to the next level! Let's Go Trendsi!!!

I have made it to the end of the year and still have been using Trendsi as my main manufacturer. They still supply excellent service and fast delivery. I would recommend them to everybody who requires good quality clothes. This is the company you are looking for.

I love how easy it is to load Trendsi items. Trendsi provides great descriptions and photos of different types of women! Also, I spoke with Angelo today with a question about my account. He was quick and friendly!

I had another experience with ABBY today and she was extremely helpful! I'm so grateful for the Trendsi staff and how they help my business!
