Great app, makes calculating profit so easy. Reasonably priced and they are also pro-active with helping you get set up. Vani from customer support was amazing. Spotted missing parts of my report immediately and then walked me through how to set it up, all without me needing to ask for help. Thank you, highly recommended!
Update: Needed some help with updating my COGS to reflect what's in Shopify and Grace was super helpful in helping me resolve it. Thank you Grace, 5 stars!

An absolutely great app! works wonderfully to reflect ALL numbers you need to make sound decisions with a lot of customizations such as custolmised costs and variable costs as well (such as commission on ad spend etc), handling fees (per order or product type) and much more. The free trial is huge plus!
As for the support team, they are extremely wonderful! Harper was a HUGE help in walking us through the app and answering all our questions. Absolutely 100% satisfied!

Thank you Durra. Great app and excellent support, their team is very responsive which is definitely a bonus. The tooling helps a ton with tracking P&L. Primarily because it pulls in all the ad spend accross all (most) ad channels and they have integrations with all major shipping platforms. Although it's overpriced IMO and there are still some limitations, nonetheless overall a good app and I'm happy with it. 4.5 stars.
