True Profit has been the best profit tracking app I’ve tried so far. What really sold me is the support. Durra responded to me immediately every time, and even offered to screenshare to make sure I had everything set up correctly. I like the team behind TrueProfit, and I really like the app. Several times they setup a Google meeting with me to help me understand the features, and how the data is displayed, which I struggled with, which is not the apps fault, I just wasn't understanding some of the data I was looking at. Well, after a thorough conversation with Grace, I feel so much better, and I know how to read my sales data correctly. If you are looking for an app to help you track every bit of spend and expense, and I do mean every bit, within Shopify and even outside of Shopify, like external software you use, etc, give TrueProfit a try and be patient. Takes some getting used too, but once the app is setup it is a really great and easy way to track profits and charges allowing you as the store owner to know exactly where your money is going and how much you are taking in.
