Customers can easily upload many file types and multiple files, with uploads reliably tied to orders and optional text/form fields. Merchants like the flexible widget placement, clean interface, and strong long‑term performance. Pricing is seen as fair, and support is consistently described as fast, patient, and highly helpful.

Charges are handled 100% by Shopify, it is IMPOSSIBLE for app developers to charge for anything not previously agreed upon by the merchant.
To Marcos; we already replied to your email, the charges where from two SEPARATE months, sometimes Shopify combines the charges from two months into one (based on your payment cycle).

Excellent customer service. Even though we're actually on the free plan, Michael was there to guide us with the issue we were facing. He found the issue we were dealing with really quickly and communicated it to us really clearly. I would recommend this app for upload files to everyone.

It´s all working perfectly. Just what I´d expect from such an App! I love how you can choose what pages shall load the script so it does not slow down your shop at all.
We’ve been using Upload-Lift for 12 months. The app works great and offers a lot of features. The support is great. Questions will be answered within a few hours. Keep it up.
