Koala Upsell Free Gift & BOGO

I (am from India) just started using Koala Upsell Free Gift BOGO for our venture, and within just a few minutes, I was able to set up all the configurations I had in mind. The app offers great features designed with client needs in mind, making upsells and free gift offers seamless. Looking forward to even more customizable options that require minimal changes to liquid code.

Great app, especially considering it’s free! It allows me to offer free gifts for purchases over a set amount with ease. While the ability to offer different gifts at varying price points could use some refinement, the app works perfectly if you simply want to provide a gift—or a selection of gifts—based on a single condition, like purchase value. Overall, a solid choice!

I was looking for a free gift functionality that would automatically add gifts at checkout based on order value, and after trying a few apps, this one was by far the best. It's very user-friendly, with plenty of customisation options to suit my needs. The customer service was exceptional—very helpful and quick to respond. I highly recommend this app to anyone looking to improve their store's checkout experience!

Downloaded and tried 5 other apps before coming across Koala. It's the most streamlined and user-friendly app I've tried so far, however, I would like more shopper-friendly features, but Louie was a great help! Will be using, and hopefully, they can add those shopper-friendly features soon ;)

I was looking for an app that would add a product when customers purchased a product from a collection. I wanted the offer to apply as many times as qualifying products were purchased and remove it if they removed it. I tried around 7 apps before finding Koala. It increases as they add more and also removes the free items as they remove the qualifying product. I haven't tried any of the other promotions yet, but it works perfectly for this one!

Simple, free, good service, fairly robust options for visual customization, no frills. Works for our Buy 3 Get 1 Free promo, unlike other apps we tried.

Super easy, SUPER helpful. After trying 2 other apps & neither worked (one sent my store into meltdown), someone recommended this one. I had it up & working in 5 mins & someone tested it for me!!! Can't recommend highly enough!

Excellent customer support! They answered all our questions thoroughly. After migrating from Magento to Shopify, we had a large number of redirects to handle. This app is essential and works flawlessly.

Still testing things out, but looks like there is a rich set of option and appears to be well built. I'm a developer so I can tell when things are well built and shortcuts weren't taken. One of the better apps I've seen out there. We have to update our theme to fully test, but that's not because of the app.

The Koala Free Gift Buy X Get Y app works well for setting up promotional gifting campaigns, but it does have some limitations. One key constraint is that the app may stop offering gifts if too many active promotions are running simultaneously, which can be restrictive in certain scenarios. However, the support team is incredibly dedicated and always ready to assist. Max, in particular, provides exceptional service and is always available to help resolve any issues that arise. Despite these limitations, the app remains a reliable tool for basic promotional strategies, especially with such attentive customer support.
