Superfans ‑ Mobile App Builder

We have been using TapC*** for nearly a year when we encounter multiple issues with it and the support is not helping at all. Therefore, we decided to search for a replacement. After comparing and going through a few of the most installed mobile app creators, we found Varjo had most of the functions we needed and I really love the App now. The important was the support team is really responsive and i'm very impressed by the way they handle our issue.

I love the Vajro app. It’s so easy to use and navigate through. I can’t not say enough about their customer service . They go above and beyond to help you get setup and running. They had my app done in just a few short days. Anytime I had a question they wrote me back within a few minutes. I haven’t seen customer service like that in forever . Hands down so glad I made the decision to add an app with this company. They have the best customer service.

I received the best support throughout from scratch till app launch. Android app launched within 2 days. iOS took sometime. Continuous follow ups from Vajro team, made it possible within few days. Overall satisfied with their support. Had given few new requirements which they promised to develop in near future. Have concerns about the subscriptions charges. Hope Vajro will look into it. I expect to have long term relationship with Vajro for mutual victory.

They do as much as they can to elicit a 5 star review, and this is before they complete any task, that should be a red flag. They do more in the form of requesting and demanding a 5 star review than actually providing 5 star service. They do as little as possible to take a Shopify store and put it into a poorly designed and even worse supported app. That said, there is clearly a product platform that could be run properly, for reasons that escape me, it isn't.

The service for this app is absolutely fabulous! My first meeting was with Nitin he was super helpful and showed me how to navigate around the app. I was then given a prototype for my app in less than 24 hours made by Guha and Shyamjith we then had a follow up call and Guha and I discussed what I would like In my app and what I would like to change she then explained how they were going to design the app for us in 24 hours which is amazing! Super excited to see the finished result don't hesitate to get this Shopify app!

I started with Vajro a couple of months back and initially I was been told the app will be ready within 2 weeks. It has been 6 weeks now and the app is not completely ready! All this is because of the support team!!
The support team is very slow in responding with any query. They ask for 30 mins to get back and then get's back after 2-3 days and sometimes a week. I asked a few of their existing clients and they are experiencing similar issue with Vajro support team.
Very slow and there are so many limitations for app customization.

I am blown away by how easy and intuitive setup is for this app. As soon as I installed it I was contacted by a very articulate, knowledgeable and friendly tech support rep who connected with me through Zoom. We had the Demo app setup in minutes and I am already customizing the layout and color schemes to fit my store. I am SUPE excited to be using this app!! UPDATE: We went live 4 days ago and already have 56 app downloads and our first sale! Tech support is very responsive, friendly, and super helpful. If I could give them more than 5 stars I absolutely would!

I just finished a support session for my app. It is very refreshing to better understand what the app is capable of, especially with push notifications. I am not very tech savy when it comes to setting things up. My support tech, Pranav, was very patient and knowledgable in helping me to get better use from the app. I am looking forward to what the app can really do. My suggestion is, if you are having an issue with the app, don't hesitate to use Vajro support. Thankyou, Pranav, for your patience with me and the insight you have given me to get better use from the app.

So i was on a zoom call with Ranjan for onboarding process and it was a great experience . he seemed to be very supportive and patient , in fact he made me feel very comfortable to express my inhibitions and the issues or confusions i had . it was extremely a great start and the company seems very promising . Good staff represents the leader and i am sure the kind of training Ranjan has received speaks about company in leaps and bounds .

The simplicity of the Vajro team helping you put your store into an app is an understatement. A lot of people will think this is just a "mobile site" it isn't. It's literally an app for IOS and the GOOGLE PLAY store. It's sick. Yes you have the pay the ios and google fees but hey that's life of a "developer" lol. If you're chat buddy is too busy someone takes over the convo. All the notes are saved. They're stored. Sent to you. And THEY(VAJRO) won't even let you launch until you're both satisfied that it's going to be amazing. I personally am launching something that's first of it's kind. And this is just a progress shot. I'm stoked for the future. More to come........
